Returns and exchanges

As an independent artist, it can be difficult to reimburse clients. I therefore ask you to choose your piece carefully before purchasing it. As a reminder, I work to order to avoid overstock and unnecessary expenditure of energy and resources. You can always contact me for any information or hesitation before purchasing and I will be happy to inform you, to assist you as best as possible.

However, sometimes some parts don't suit you and unfortunately you won't know until you buy it, so here's what we can do:

Our priority is that you enjoy wearing our jewelry. If you receive an item that you are not completely satisfied with, it may therefore be returned for exchange or refund. You have a deadline of 7 days (not one day more, there are no exceptions) from the date of receipt of your order to contact us by writing to us at: explaining the reason for your request. Then once we have approved your return by email, you are required to post it within the following 5 days.

Please note that we only accept one exchange. Once you have received another item following an exchange, the order is considered complete and final. No other exchanges, returns or refunds will be accepted.

Shipping costs will be your responsibility, all parts must be shipped in their original packaging. They must not have been worn and be in perfect condition.

Custom orders at the request of a customer are exempt from any refund.
