Preamble
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all transactions concluded on the www.shinyroot.com website. The buyer is deemed to accept them without reservation, failing which his order will not be validated.
Products
The jewelry sold by Shiny Root is described and presented as accurately as possible. However, Shiny Root cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions in this presentation.
Prices
Prices are quoted in euros and include VAT applicable in Belgium. They are subject to change at any time without notice.
Order
Orders can only be registered on the site if the purchaser has clearly identified himself/herself. Any order form signed by the consumer by "click" constitutes irrevocable acceptance.
Payment
Payment is due immediately on the order date. The buyer may pay by credit card or any other means of payment offered on the site.
Delivery
Jewelry is delivered to the delivery address indicated on the order. Shiny Root s undertakes to do its utmost to deliver the products ordered as quickly as possible.
Returns and refunds
In accordance with Belgian law, the buyer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the products.

The information requested from the purchaser is necessary to process the order. It is treated with the utmost confidentiality.
